At Bob Jane T-Marts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new apparel or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
